Country Boy Stone Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Country Boy Stone LLC (“Country Boy Stone,” “we,” “us”) from (706) 455-3648.

The program

When you opt in to text messaging from Country Boy Stone, we may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) relating to your business with us, including: order status updates (for example, your order has been loaded, dispatched, or delivered); delivery scheduling and delivery-date confirmations; invoices, receipts, and payment links for your purchases; replies to questions and requests you send us; account and customer-service messages; and a courtesy text if we miss your call, so you can reach us without calling back. We do not send marketing or promotional blasts through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text-communication consent box on our customer ticket or order form, by providing your mobile number and requesting text communication, or by texting us first at (706) 455-3648. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Country Boy Stone.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your orders and activity with us - typically a few messages per order.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Country Boy Stone does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which we will not text you unless you opt back in (for example, by replying START). You can also ask us to stop by calling (706) 455-3648.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

Our handling of your information, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy at countryboystone.com/privacy. We do not share your mobile number or your texting opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
